The Baltimore Ravens are a professional American football team that competes in the National Football League (NFL) as a member of the American Football Conference (AFC) North division. Baltimore is one of two teams in the NFL to be undefeated in multiple Super Bowl appearances. The Ravens won Super Bowl titles in 2000 and 2012.
The team's name was inspired by Edgar Allan Poe鈥檚 poem 鈥淭he Raven.鈥� Various defensive NFL stars have played for Baltimore like Ray Lewis, Terrell Suggs, and Ed Reed. The Ravens offense is spearheaded by Heisman Trophy winners Lamar Jackson and Derrick Henry.
