Justin Bieber has gone a long way since posting covers to YouTube. Now, he gets a millions dollars for every show that he does, has sold over 150 million records worldwide, has released three documentary style movies about his life and has released tons of popular songs like “Baby,” “Sorry” and “Lonely.” Bieber is also married to model Hailey Baldwin and has a rather mysterious clothing line called Drew House.

Bieber was born March 1, 1994, in Canada to parents Jeremy Bieber and Pattie Mallette. He started to upload singing covers to YouTube in 2007 and was discovered by Scooter Braun shortly after. In 2008, Braun became Bieber’s manager and in 2009 his first album was released in two parts, “My World” and “My World 2.0” in 2010. The albums were a huge hit and contained songs like “One Time,” “One Less Lonely Girl” and “Baby.”

His next album was a Christmas album called “Under the Mistletoe.” In 2011, he released a movie called “Justin Bieber: Never Say Never.” On its opening day, it brought in $12.4 million at the box office. He released a second movie in 2013 called “Justin Bieber’s Believe” following the release of his “Believe” album in 2012. He released a third movie “Justin Bieber: Our World” in 2021.

In 2015, he won his first Grammy Award for his song “Where Are Ü Now” and also won a Guinness world record for youngest male artist to debut at the top of the Billboard 100 chart. After “Believe,” Bieber released “Journals,” in 2013, “Purpose” in 2015,” “Changes” in 2020 and ""Justice" in 2021." He has also collaborated with many artists including Post Malone, Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee, Quavo, Chance the Rapper, Lil Wayne and DJ Khaled.

In addition to his music, Bieber has released many fragrances and has a clothing line called Drew House that was founded in 2018 along with Ryan Good. Drew House, which comes from Bieber’s middle name, is a brand full of bright colors, oversized clothing and smiley faces. The brand does very little advertising, yet the products sell out very often.

Bieber is often touring to promote his albums. His 2022-23 "Justice World Tour" was put on pause after Bieber announced that he needed to take care of his heath. He released more details on his Instagram, detailing that he has "Ramsay Hunt syndrome" which was caused by a virus that attacked his ear and facial nerves, causing paralysis to half of his face.

Bieber got married to Hailey Baldwin privately in 2018 and had a bigger ceremony a year later. Baldwin met Bieber for the first time backstage at one of his concerts when she was just 12 years old. In 2016, the two started dating but ended up breaking up for two years. During that time, Bieber got back together with his ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez. Bieber and Gomez broke up in early 2018, and he got back together with Baldwin and got engaged shortly after the rekindling.
