NEW: Judge rules KEY Mangione evidence to be SUPPRESSED
A New York judge ruled in favor of suppressing items found during a warrantless search in Pennsylvania, including a cellphone and passport. Prosecutors will still be allowed to use the suspected murder weapon and 'manifesto' as evidence.
