Swalwell pressed on Democrats' resistance to fully funding DHS amid Iran threat
Rep. Eric Swalwell, D-Calif., appeared on CNN Tuesday where he was pressed about whether it's time for Democrats to support funding the Department of Homeland Security to protect the U.S. "given this war in Iran."
