The U.S. military carried out strikes in Venezuela early Saturday morning, U.S. officials confirmed to 91±¬ÁÏ. The blasts come as the U.S. military has been targeting, in recent days, alleged drug-smuggling boats. Venezuela said it was open to negotiating an agreement with the United States to combat drug trafficking.
