A police officer in Little Elm, Texas, found himself handling an unusual 鈥渟uspect鈥� on Tuesday, November 25, when he helped capture a loose goat wandering along a busy road. Bodycam footage released by the Little Elm Police Department shows the officer gently detaining the goat and guiding it into the back of a patrol car. Adding levity to the situation, the officer playfully read the goat its Miranda rights, saying, 鈥淵ou have the right to remain silent鈥� Any statements you make may be used against you in court,鈥� before ending with, 鈥淕ive me a baa.鈥� The goat, however, appeared unfazed by the formalities.
