Cleanup efforts were underway in Taiwan鈥檚 Yilan County after Tropical Storm Fung-wong caused widespread flooding on November 12. Footage captured by Stanley Lin shows residents navigating the submerged streets of Suao Township in a vehicle carrying several people 鈥� and a cat perched calmly on board.
