Suspected Massachusetts serial rapist accused in decades-old crimes captured after LA police chase
Stephen Paul Gale, 71, who was wanted in connection with the rapes of two women in 1989, led Los Angeles County law enforcement on a chase in the city Thursday before surrendering to police.
