Kirby declines to comment on Republican whistleblower allegation about Biden criminal scheme
National Security Council spokesman John Kirby on Thursday declined to comment on the new whistleblower allegation that the FBI and Justice Department have a document revealing a criminal scheme involving President Biden and a foreign national.
