Patriot Awards 2020: Dr. Kenneth Hartman receives 'MVP' award
Dr. Kenneth Hartman founded 鈥淥ur Community Salutes鈥� in 2009 to recognize and honor graduating high school seniors in Southern New Jersey who plan to enlist into the military immediately after high school graduation.
