Shannon Beador's arrest: Rule-breaking 'Real Housewives' and their crimes

Stars from the "Real Housewives" franchises are known for their drama in front of the cameras, but sometimes they get into even more trouble when not filming.

Over the years, various "wives" have had a few run-ins with the law, from getting arrested for DWIs to trespassing to actually serving time in federal prison. The latest Housewife to get arrested is Shannon Beador from "The Real Housewives of Orange County."

Beador was arrested for allegedly driving drunk and getting into a hit-and-run accident.

Here's a look at some other "Real Housewives" who have been arrested.

FORMER 'RHONY' CAST MEMBERS: WHERE ARE THEY NOW?

Shannon Beador

Shannon Beador was arrested on Saturday in Newport Beach, California, after she allegedly drove under the influence and got into a hit-and-run accident.

"I spent quite a bit of time with Shannon yesterday," a legal representative for the "Real Housewives of Orange County" star told 91�� Digital on Monday. "She is extremely apologetic and remorseful."

"We will be awaiting the official information on this case as it becomes available, and Shannon is prepared to accept full responsibility for her actions," the representative added.

"The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City" star Jen Shah was arrested in March 2021 while filming for season two of her show. Cameras were rolling when Homeland Security officers and the New York Police Department arrived to the Beauty Lab parking lot, where the cast had gathered before leaving for a trip and caught the reactions of her cast mates.

She was arrested on charges of conspiracy to commit wire fraud in connection with a telemarketing scheme and conspiracy to commit money laundering. Shah maintained her innocence throughout the initial proceedings, even trying to get the charges dismissed at one point; however, she changed her plea to guilty in July 2022.

The reality star was sentenced to 78 months, six and a half years, in federal prison, and will serve an additional five years of supervised release. She is currently serving her time at the Federal Prison Camp in Bryan, Texas.

In 1992, "Real Housewives of Atlanta" original cast member, Nene Leakes, real name Linnethia Johnson, pleaded guilty in Athens-Clarke County, Georgia, to one misdemeanor and three felony counts of "theft of services" for ripping off her phone company. Leakes was put on two years’ probation and ordered to repay $2,650.

Leakes talked about the charges on Andy Cohen's "Watch What Happens Live" in 2018.

"A mugshot does not equal 10 years in prison for doing a Ponzi scheme. I ain’t spent a day in jail for nothing, you hear me?!" she said.

She reportedly blew threw a stop sign and was pulled over and then failed a field sobriety test and a breathalyzer test.

Porsha Williams

"The Real Housewives of Atlanta" personality Porsha Williams was arrested in April 2014 on charges of assault and simple battery after she allegedly attacked co-star Kenya Moore during a reunion taping.

"Porsha stood up, so then Kenya stood up," an insider told Us Weekly at the time. "Porsha charged at Kenya and pulled her hair, but it was over in a matter of seconds. … Andy [Cohen] and a producer jumped in, and then security came."

The "RHONY" alum was arrested in Florida before joining the cast for reportedly trespassing on ex-boyfriend Alexander "Nico" Fanjul's property.

According to the police reports, per Page Six, Mortimer allegedly showed up uninvited to Fanjul's home when his new girlfriend was there. She was "crying and screaming irrationally" and claimed her purse was inside the home.

In 2017, the former Manhattan socialite claimed in an interview with People that she was in a violent relationship with Fanjul and allegedly spent years covering it up as his was family extremely wealthy and powerful from owning 40% of Florida’s sugar industry.

Countess Luann de Lesseps, also from the New York City franchise, was arrested on Christmas Eve 2017 in Palm Beach, Florida, and charged with disorderly intoxication, battery on a police officer (she allegedly kicked him), resisting arrest with violence and threatening a public servant.

She pleaded not guilty to the charges and entered into an alcohol treatment center soon after.

Teresa Giudice

The "Real Housewives of New Jersey" original cast member was charged with conspiracy to commit mail fraud, wire fraud and bank fraud in July 2013. Later, in March 2014, she and her then-husband, Joe Giudice, pleaded guilty to 41 counts of fraud.

Former "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Kim Richards was arrested for theft on Aug. 2, 2015 after allegedly trying to steal over $600 worth of merchandise from a Target in Van Nuys, California.

A security guard caught her as she was trying to leave and when confronted, Richards allegedly said she could not remember if she paid for the goods.

Alec Baldwin charged with involuntary manslaughter: Timeline of fatal 'Rust' movie accident

Alec Baldwin was charged with two counts of involuntary manslaughter in the death of Halyna Hutchins.

Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, who was the armorer on the film "Rust," was also charged with two counts of involuntary manslaughter.

Alec Baldwin's attorney called the charges a "terrible miscarriage of justice" in a statement to 91�� Digital.

"This decision distorts Halyna Hutchins’ tragic death and represents a terrible miscarriage of justice," Luke Nikas of Quinn Emanuel said. "Mr. Baldwin had no reason to believe there was a live bullet in the gun – or anywhere on the movie set. He relied on the professionals with whom he worked, who assured him the gun did not have live rounds. We will fight these charges, and we will win."

Hutchins' family thanked the sheriff's office and the DA after the charges were announced.

"We want to thank the Santa Fe Sheriff and the District Attorney for concluding their thorough investigation and determining that charges for involuntary manslaughter are warranted for the killing of Halyna Hutchins with conscious disregard for human life," read a statement issued on behalf of the Hutchins family via attorney Brian J. On Oct. 21, 2021, Baldwin allegedly shot and killed Hutchins and wounded director Joel Souza on the set of their movie "Rust."

The 63-year-old was rehearsing a scene on the New Mexico set when the gun fired, hitting the two individuals. The Santa Fe County Sheriff's Department is currently investigating the incident.

Thursday, Oct. 21, 2021

The crew and cast are filming the Western period drama at Bonanza Creek Ranch outside Santa Fe, New Mexico.

ALEC BALDWIN'S 'RUST' MOVIE 911 CALL RELEASED

6:30 a.m

A typical morning starts with breakfast but that day, the set was running behind schedule. Several of the camera crew walked off the job after days of arguing with the production company over lodging accommodations and working hours. The Los Angeles Times previously reported that Hutchins was involved in the disputes and did her best to resolve them before camera operators ultimately had enough and collected their personal equipment the morning of the shooting.

According to Souza, who said in an affidavit to police, by midday Baldwin and other cast/crew members were rehearsing a scene inside the old church on the property.

Around Noon

The crew and cast break for lunch and then return to the set. Souza said in the warrant that the cast and crew prepared the scene before lunch and then had their meal away from the shooting location around 12:30 p.m.

Around 1:50 p.m.

A press release from the Santa Fe Sheriff’s Department said deputies were dispatched to the set around 1:50 p.m. local time, and the call indicated that an individual had been shot.

Souza told deputies he was watching the scene through monitors when he heard "what sounded like a whip and then a loud pop." He saw Hutchins stumble backward and clutch her stomach. Souza was standing next to her. She "was assisted to the ground" by other crew members and camera operator Reid Russell recalls Hutchins saying she could not feel her legs.

According to a search warrant executed by the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office, obtained by 91��, Baldwin and the crew were setting up a shot that required Baldwin to cross-draw a revolver and point the weapon at the camera. However, thanks to a shadow that was coming into the church structure from light outside, the camera had to be adjusted to a different angle.

Baldwin was working with the director and the cinematographer demonstrating how he was going to draw his revolver from its holster and where his arm would be for the new shot. While demonstrating, the firearm went off.

According to the Los Angeles Times, Hutchins' last words were: "That was no good. That was no good at all."

Baldwin, meanwhile, was reportedly shocked after the gun went off and continued to repeat the phrase "What the f--- just happened?"

The 911 call was made by the film's script supervisor. She told the dispatcher, "Two people have been accidentally shot on a movie set by a prop gun. We need help immediately," per the 911 call obtained by 91��. "A director and a camerawoman have been shot."

According to a media release, Hutchins, 42, was transported via helicopter to the University of New Mexico Hospital in Albuquerque, where she later died.

Souza, 48, was transported by ambulance to Christus St. Vincent Regional Medical Center, where he was treated and later released.

Later that day

Souza said three people were handling the gun for the scene. Armorer Hanna Gutierrez-Reed reportedly handled prop guns left on a cart outside the structure where they were shooting in due to coronavirus restrictions. Assistant director Dave Halls handed one of those guns to Baldwin. According to a Santa Fe court, Halls announced that it was a "cold gun" before giving it to the actor, lingo meaning that the firearm was unloaded. As a result, Baldwin and the two people who were wounded believed the firearm was safe to use in the staging of the scene. Both the director and Russell noted that cameras were not rolling at the time as they were still setting up the shots.

Souza was not sure if the gun was checked again when everyone returned from lunch. However, he stated that firearms are supposed to be checked by the armorer, followed by the assistant director, before handing them to the actor. Souza said he was not sure if people were checked for live ammunition on their person, but stated that live ammunition should not have been anywhere near the scene.

This isn't the first time the longtime married country stars have also played husband and wife onscreen and McGraw told 91�� acting opposite his wife only enhances his performance.

"In the middle of a scene, there are little gestures that she'll give me, like when she knows that I'm off track a little bit, she'd give me that look to set me back straight," he admitted.

"Just like when we're singing on stage and I'm singing flat on my harmony part. I'll get that look from her and I know I better straighten up because I'm not doing this well enough. So we definitely have that sort of communication between us," McGraw added.

"1883" follows the Dutton family as they embark on a journey west through the Great Plains toward the last bastion of untamed America.

The cast includes Sam Elliott, Isabel May, and LaMonica Garrett who all went through a tough "cowboy camp" in order to prep for what life was like in the brutal west.

McGraw said riding horses was his strongest skill. "I'm a pretty good rider, but I really enjoyed roping. And that was a lot of fun roping during cowboy camp and then learning to drive the wagon was fun too because I'd never done that before," he recalled.

Hill revealed her strongest skill in cowboy camp was steering the massive wagon. "It's really hard, way harder [than I realized] and really dangerous and very dangerous," Hill told 91��. "I compared it to like driving a stick shift."

May, who plays James and Margaret's daughter Elsa Dutton, described how much research she completed for the role.

"I read probably 50 books, and in particular, the ones that I gravitated towards were journals from young women that made the same trek," May said. "And it was interesting. I found one in particular, and it was from a young lady who was 17 at the time, very similar in age to the character I play. I took tidbits from that."

"What's remarkable about the situation is that we really do get to live it because the terrain and the weather and the conditions are as realistic as it could possibly be," May described. "[On set] we're doing these things with their own hands, and [we're] wearing what they would wear [in the time period]."

Oscar-nominated Elliott, who plays lawman Shea Brennan, believes the Western represents a classic form of storytelling in Hollywood with themes that are still relatable in the present day.

"I just think that there's something about that kind of a classic struggle depicted in a lot of westerns that appeals to a massive audience," he reasoned. "It speaks of where we all came from. The peaks of that journey from the east to the West, what we did along the way, both the good and the evil, most of the evil. Taylor Sheridan writes about all the history and I think that's what's going to be most appealing about this [show]."

'And Just Like That' reveals how Willie Garson's character Stanford will exit show

Willie Garson's character's fate was confirmed on the third and latest episode of the "Sex and the City" reboot "And Just Like That."

In the HBO Max series, Carrie Bradshaw (Sarah Jessica Parker) finds a note in her old Upper East Side apartment from her longtime friend Stanford Blatch (Garson) explaining that he's decided to move to Tokyo to manage a rising TikTok star and he's asked his on-screen husband Anthony Marentino (Mario Cantone) for a divorce.

"Dearest Carrie, by the time you read this I'll be in Tokyo. I couldn't tell you — not without crying. And you have had enough crying," the note reads referencing the death of Carrie's on-screen husband, John aka Mr. Big (Chris Noth).

Garson only filmed three episodes before he tragically died on September 21 at just 57 years old. The actor had been battling pancreatic cancer.

Michael B. Jordan understood the weight of putting on a soldier's uniform when he took on the role of First Sergeant Charles Monroe King in the new movie "A Journal for Jordan."

The film, based on the 2008 memorial written by King's fiancée Dana Canedy, follows the true story of a King who is deployed to Iraq in 2006 while Canedy is pregnant. While serving, he pens an advice journal for his soon-to-be-born son Jordan.

During the promotion of the film, Jordan told 91�� that putting on the military uniform carried extra responsibility.

"To put on the first drill sergeant uniform [with the] patches and the dress blues, [there's] a certain confidence and respect that comes with it," he described.

Meanwhile, Canedy told Fox the scene King would have loved the most was when he met his son for the first time. She felt relief at how collaborative the creative process was with Washington at the helm.

Monaco's Princess Charlene will reunite with her husband, Prince Albert, and their two children for the Christmas holiday.

Currently, Charlene is undergoing treatment for an undisclosed illness.

"Princess Charlene is recuperating in a satisfactory and reassuring manner," the palace's statement to People Magazine confirmed. "Although it may take a few more months before her health has reached a full recovery."

According to the outlet, Albert, 63, and the couple's 7-year-old twins, Prince Jacques and Princess Gabriella, are planning to spend time with Charlene at an undisclosed location where she is being treated.

Buckingham Palace said Monday that the 95-year-old monarch will spend the holidays at Windsor Castle, west of London, where she has stayed for most of the pandemic and spent Christmas last year as well.

The palace added the queen's choice "reflects a precautionary approach" as the COVID-19 omicron variant continues to spread across the U.K.

Other members of the royal family are expected to visit over the Christmas period, with precautions taken against spreading the virus.

Astroworld: Congressional committee launches investigation into deadly concert

A Congressional committee is launching an investigation into the deadly Astroworld music festival and the company that acted as the concert's promoter.

During the Houston, Texas event on Nov. 5, 10 people were killed during a massive crowd surge and attendees were packed so tightly that many could not breathe or move their arms.

The House Oversight and Reform Committee sent a letter Wednesday to Live Nation Entertainment Inc.'s president and CEO, Michael Rapino, asking for information about the company’s role in the music festival and concert by rap superstar Travis Scott.

TRAVIS SCOTT WORKING WITH GOVERNMENT, PUBLIC SAFETY OFFICIALS TO PREVENT FURTHER ASTROWORLD TRAGEDIES

Information the committee requested included details about security, crowd control and mass casualty incident planning; details about any pre-show briefings by Live Nation or is subsidiaries on any safety concerns raised before the concert; and what steps the concert promoter will take to prevent injuries or deaths at future events.

"Recent reports raise serious concerns about whether your company took adequate steps to ensure the safety of the 50,000 concertgoers who attended Astroworld Festival," the committee said in the letter.

The committee is requesting that Live Nation provide documentation on the questions by Jan. 7 and that it provide a briefing to committee members by Jan. 12.

Such a briefing to the committee would be behind closed doors and not open to the public.

A Live Nation spokeswoman did not immediately reply to an email seeking comment.

The youngest of the 10 victims was 9-year-old Ezra Blount. The others who died as headliner Scott took to the stage ranged in age from 14 to 27.

Some 300 people were injured and treated at the festival site and 25 were taken to hospitals.

James Franco breaks silence on sexual misconduct allegations, alcohol and sex addiction

James Franco sat down for a tell-all interview for the first time in almost four years and addressed not only the sexual misconduct allegations made against him in 2018 but his addiction to alcohol and sex.

The actor, 43, spoke with Jess Cagle on his Sirius XM radio show about how he's changed and what he's learned about himself.

"In 2018, there were some complaints about me and an article about me and, at that moment I just thought 'I'm gonna be quiet. I'm gonna be, I'm gonna pause.' Did not seem like the right time to say anything," Franco explained. "There were people that were upset with me and I needed to listen. There's a writer Damon Young and he talked about when something like this happens, the natural human instinct is to just make it stop. You just want to get out in front of it and whatever you have to do apologize, you know, get it done. But what that doesn't do is allow you to do the work to, and to look at what was underneath."

Franco was accused of sexually inappropriate behavior by five women in an article published by The Los Angeles Times in January 2018. Four of the women who came forward were students of Franco in his acting school, Playhouse West Studio 4. Franco started it in 2014 and it closed in 2017.

JAMES FRANCO ACCUSED OF SEXUAL MISCONDUCT BY 5 WOMEN

Sarah Tither-Kaplan, one of the women, alleged later on "Good Morning America" that Franco abused his celebrity power by "exploiting the non-celebrity women that he worked with under the guise of giving them opportunities."

Tither-Kaplan and another student Toni Gaal filed a sexual misconduct lawsuit against Franco and the school in Oct. 2019. Their lawsuit said Franco pushed his students into performing in increasingly explicit sex scenes on camera in an "orgy type setting" that went far beyond those acceptable on Hollywood film sets.

It alleged that Franco "sought to create a pipeline of young women who were subjected to his personal and professional sexual exploitation in the name of education," and that students were led to believe roles in Franco's films would be available to those who went along.

In June 2021, Franco paid $2,235,000 to settle sexual misconduct lawsuit.

Franco then spoke about his sex addiction and his realization he had a problem with alcohol which started at a young age.

"[Sex] such a powerful drug," he said. "I got hooked on it for 20 more years. The insidious part of that is that I stayed sober from alcohol all that time. And I went to meetings all that time. I even tried to sponsor other people. So in my head, it was like, 'Oh, I'm sober. I'm living a spiritual life.' Where on the side, I'm acting out now in all these other ways, and I couldn't see it."

"Even my sponsor was like, you know, who's happily married. He was like, ‘look, whatever happens,’ but, you know, because I'd had girlfriends. I could never be faithful to anybody. So I cheated. I don't think that's good for your sobriety, but if you're not dating someone and you wanna go and hook up, like whatever happens between two consenting adults is fine.’ Like that's what he said. The problem was. I took that and I ran with it and used it as an excuse to, you know, just hook up all over the place."

Franco said he's been in recovery for sex addiction since 2016 but admitted to Cagle, "I did sleep with students."

"Over the course of my teaching, I did sleep with students, and that was wrong. But like I said, it's not why I started the school and I wasn't the person that selected the people to be in the class. So it wasn't a 'master plan' on my part. But yes, there were certain instances where, you know what, I was in a consensual thing with a student and I shouldn't have been."

He later added of his past thinking, "At the time I was not clearheaded, as I've said. So I guess it just comes down to my criteria was like, 'If this is consensual, like, I think it's cool. We're all adults so….' "

It's a change in tune since the last time Franco spoke out was to deny the allegations while making an appearance on Stephen Colbert’s "Late Show" in January 2018.

Sally Ann Howes, best known for her role as Truly Scrumptious in the 1968 musical "Chitty Chitty Bang Bang" opposite Dick Van Dyke, has died at the age of 91.

The British-American actress' nephew confirmed the news on Twitter on Dec. 21.

"I can also confirm the passing of my beloved Aunty #SallyAnnhowes who died peacefully in her sleep yesterday," he wrote. "My brother & I thought Sally Ann might hold on until the #Christmas screening of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang as this would have greatly appealed to her mischievous side."

Chris Noth's former "Sex and the City" co-star Bridget Moynahan doesn't want to get involved in the scandal he's currently embroiled in.

The actress told Elle magazine she doesn't "know anything about" the misconduct allegations made against Noth by two women. "It would be inappropriate for me to comment on things I don’t have any knowledge of," she said.

Last week, Noth was accused of sexually assaulting two women in separate encounters that took place in 2004 and 2015, according to a report from The Hollywood Reporter.

THR claimed the women – Zoe, now 40, and Lily, now 31 – approached the outlet separately in recent months and do not know each other.

These stories could’ve been from 30 years ago or 30 days ago — no always means no — that is a line I did not cross. The encounters were consensual. It’s difficult not to question the timing of these stories coming out. Then, a former "Law & Order" actor Zoe Lister-Jones accused Noth of sexually inappropriate behavior while on the set of the procedural drama.

Lister-Jones claimed on her Instagram Story late Thursday night that Noth once "got close to me, sniffed my neck and whispered ‘You smell good.'"

She also alleged that Noth was once drunk on set and kept a "22-ounce beer under the table that he would drink between takes."

Javier Bardem recently commented again on the sexual abuse allegations made against Woody Allen.

In 1992, Allen's daughter Dylan Farrow claimed her father molested her when she was seven years old. He denies the allegations and was cleared by two investigations at the time.

"Pointing fingers at someone is very dangerous if it hasn’t been legally proven. Beyond that, it’s just gossip," Bardem said to The Guardian.

The actor and the director worked together on the 2008 film "Vicky Christina Barcelona." Bardem then addressed how his former co-star Rebecca Hall later denounced working with Allen.

Rock icon Rod Stewart and his son have pleaded guilty to battery in an assault case stemming from a New Year's Eve 2019 altercation with a security guard at an exclusive Florida hotel.

Court records released Friday showed that the singer and his son Sean Stewart entered guilty pleas to misdemeanor charges of simple battery.

"No one was injured in the incident and a jury did not find Sir Rod Stewart guilty of the accusation," his attorney Guy Fronstin said in a statement. "Instead, Sir Rod Stewart decided to enter a plea to avoid the inconvenience and unnecessary burden on the court and the public that a high profile proceeding would cause."

ROD STEWART, SON SEAN REACH PLEA DEAL OVER FLORIDA ALTERCATION

The raspy-voiced Stewart, 76, is a British member of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and was knighted by Queen Elizabeth II in 2016. His hits include "Da Ya Think I’m Sexy," "You’re In My Heart," "Hot Legs" and, probably his best-known song, "Maggie May."

Alec Baldwin's attorney claims he 'proactively requested' cops obtain warrant to protect actor, his family

Alec Baldwin's cell phone was requested by a new search warrant issued by the Santa Fe Sheriff's Department.

According to the warrant obtained by 91�� on Thursday, the authorities want to search Baldwin's phone for any evidence relating to the death of Halyna Hutchins. Baldwin accidentally shot and killed the cinematographer on the set of the Western movie "Rust" back on Oct. 21.

In a new statement to 91�� Baldwin's civil attorney Aaron Dye said: "We are confident that the evidence will show that Mr. Baldwin is not responsible civilly or criminally for what occurred on October 21, and he continues to cooperate with authorities.

"We proactively requested that the authorities obtain a warrant so that we could take steps to protect Mr. Baldwin's family and personal information that is clearly unrelated to the investigation. A phone contains a person’s entire life, and personal information needs to be protected. While they evaluate the phone information, we hope that the authorities continue to focus on how the live rounds got on the set in the first place," the statement concluded.

ALEC BALDWIN DENIES REQUESTING LARGER GUN BEFORE FATAL 'RUST' SHOOTING

It should be noted that the search warrant was issued after the police had already searched Hutchins' cell phone and found correspondence between Hutchins and Baldwin.

The authorities then asked Baldwin for his phone. When approached by the authorities, Baldwin and his attorney asked for a search warrant, and then when one was issued, the actor/producer was supposed to surrender his phone.

"Affiant is requesting a warrant for the seizure and search of Alec Baldwins' [sic] cell phone to search for any evidence relating to the death investigation of Halyna Hutchins," the affidavit, obtained by 91�� Digital, said. "Affiant believes there may be evidence on the phone due to individuals using cellular phones during and/or after the commission of crime(s)."

ALEC BALDWIN'S CELL PHONE REQUESTED BY NEW SEARCH WARRANT IN 'RUST' SHOOTING INVESTIGATION

"Such information, if it exists, may be material and relevant to this investigation. Affiant was also made aware there were several emails and text messages sent and received regarding the movie production 'Rust' in the course of interviews."

Police found conversations regarding the "Rust" production on Hutchins' phone dating back to July 14, 2021, as well as photos taken in the Santa Fe area dating to September 7, 2021.

"Affiant believes gathering information prior to the film start date of Rust is essential for a full investigation," the affidavit said, adding that police requested Baldwin's phone but were told to get a search warrant.

Baldwin also told police he had corresponded with armorer Hannah Gutierrez Reed via email discussing different types of guns to use during production. The actor had told police he requested a larger gun for filming, according to the search warrant.

He took to Twitter on Thursday to deny that he ever requested a larger Colt revolver before the fatal shooting. "This, in fact is a lie," Baldwin wrote in the tweet including a link to a Newsweek story about it.

"The choices regarding any props by me for the film RUST were made weeks before production began. To suggest that any changes were made ‘before fatal shooting’ is false," he clarified.

Alec Baldwin denies requesting larger gun before fatal 'Rust' shooting

Alec Baldwin took to Twitter to deny that he ever requested a larger Colt revolver before the fatal shooting that occurred on the "Rust" movie set on Oct. 21.

The 63-year-old actor tweeted a link to an article about and called the headline a "lie."

"This, in fact is a lie," Baldwin wrote in the tweet including a link to a Newsweek story about it.

"The choices regarding any props by me for the film RUST were made weeks before production began. To suggest that any changes were made ‘before fatal shooting’ is false," he clarified.

Baldwin's tweet came after Santa Fe police issued a search warrant for his iPhone on Thursday night. The sheriff's department wants to search Baldwin's phone for any evidence relating to the death of "Rust" cinematographer Halyna Hutchins.

Aaron Dyer, Mr. Baldwin’s civil attorney at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP, told 91�� digital: "We are confident that the evidence will show that Mr. Baldwin is not responsible civilly or criminally for what occurred on October 21, and he continues to cooperate with authorities. We proactively requested that the authorities obtain a warrant so that we could take steps to protect Mr. Baldwin's family and personal information that is clearly unrelated to the investigation. A phone contains a person’s entire life, and personal information needs to be protected. While they evaluate the phone information, we hope that the authorities continue to focus on how the live rounds got on the set in the first place."

Baldwin told police he had corresponded with armorer Hannah Gutierrez Reed via email discussing different types of guns to use during production. The actor had told police he requested a larger gun for filming, according to the search warrant.

Police found conversations regarding the "Rust" production on Hutchins' phone dating back to July 14, 2021, as well as photos taken in the Santa Fe area dating to September 7, 2021.

Baldwin recently sat down for his first tell-all interview since the Oct. 21 shooting.

The actor described the moment the gun was discharged during the interview. "I let go of the hammer of the gun," Baldwin told ABC's George Stephanopoulos. "And the gun goes off."

Baldwin and Hutchins were setting up for a shot where the actor was supposed to draw the gun and point it at a camera. While standing next to the camera, the cinematographer was "guiding" Baldwin on where to point the gun, he said. "The gun wasn't meant to be fired in that angle," he confirmed.

Authorities have said Baldwin was told the gun was safe to handle but continue to investigate how a live round ended up in the weapon. Investigators have described "some complacency" in how weapons were handled on the "Rust" set. They have said it is too soon to determine whether charges will be filed, amid lawsuits concerning liability in the fatal shooting.

Il Divo, a classical crossover vocal group, revealed one of their members, Carlos Marin, is in the hospital.

"Our dear friend and partner, Carlos, is in the hospital. We are hoping and praying for a speedy recovery,' the group tweeted on Thursday.

Marin is reportedly in a hospital in Manchester, England, and is in the intensive care unit but in stable condition.

Last week, the group which includes bandmates Urs Bühler (Sweden), David Miller (U.S.), and Sébastien Izambard (France), postponed their U.K.Christmas tour until next year due to illness.

"Unfortunately, due to illness, the remaining dates for Il Divo’s December 2021 UK tour have been postponed until December 2022," a tweet said.

"Il Divo are deeply sorry to their fans, but look forward to returning to the road again in the new year and seeing you all in the run up to next Christmas."

The last time Marin performed with the quartet was on Dec. 6 in Bath, England. The group's site still has not made any announcement about its string of concerts in the United States which are supposed to begin on Jan. 6 in Sarasota, Florida.

Marin is a Spanish baritone in Il Divo which has sold over 28 million records worldwide. In June 2006, Marin married singer Geraldine Larrosa, but they divorced in early 2009.
