Berry鈥檚 first marriage was to baseball player David Justice. The pair were married from 1993 until 1997. She married musician Eric Ben茅t in 2001, and the two split in 2005. She dated model Gabriel Aubry from 2005 until 2010 with whom she shares her daughter Nahla Ariela Aubry. Her third marriage was to actor Olivier Martinez, with whom she shares a son. The couple divorced in 2016. Berry began dating singer Van Hunt in 2020.
